Your appointment time is reserved only for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling before 24 hours has no cancellation fee. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from the appointment time will have a cancellation fee of 40% of the service total. No call no shows will be charged 40% of the service total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, shortened, or treated as a late cancellation depending on the service. Repeated cancellations or no shows will require a non refundable 40% deposit.
